Track emotional context before and after the trade

Every trade can carry a state before entry, during the trade and after exit, plus any extra feelings that do not belong to one phase. Pick from the shared vocabulary or type your own word; the Emotions page can also tag recent closed trades directly, saving on every pick.

Each state shows its logs by phase, closed-trade sample, win rate, net and average P&L, a trend sparkline and when it was last logged. Open a state for profit factor, average win and loss, R multiple, confidence, its recent outcomes, the symbols it appears on and the trades behind it. States with at least three closed trades are labelled helpful, costly or mixed from the results, never from the name.

The emotional timeline stacks logged states per day or week against the cumulative P&L curve. Before → after pairs show how trades change your state and what each shift costs, the after-a-result panel shows which states follow a loss or a win, and re-entries within 30 minutes of a loss are counted separately.

Filter the page by account and 30-day, 90-day, or all-time history. Sort states by frequency, net P&L, average P&L, win rate or recency.
