CSV imports
Open Trades → Import → CSV, choose one or more CSV files, then select Analyze file. Review the detected trades, mapped fields and validation issues, select the rows you want, then select Import trades to save them. Analysis alone does not add trades to your journal; you can close the dialog and resume a saved analysis. API imports use the trades resource and require write:trades.
Notion
Connect Notion from Settings → Integrations through the signed-in OAuth flow. Open Trades → Import → Notion to search the pages you authorized, analyze selected content, and review supported trading records before saving. OAuth connection controls remain browser-session only.
Developer API
Create personal or organization-labelled API keys in Settings → Developer. Read-only keys retrieve documented resources; read/write keys can also make documented mutations. New keys expire after 30, 90, or 365 days. The raw secret is displayed once and stored only as a hash afterward. For other users, register an OAuth app in the same Developer settings; each person approves scopes and can revoke access in Connected apps. The Usage tab charts each key's requests, and the API reference tab lists every endpoint and can send read requests with a pasted key.
Choose the narrowest path
Use CSV for one-time files, Notion for user-directed workspace imports, and the API for a maintained integration. Store API keys in a secret manager, never a browser bundle or query string, and revoke them when no longer needed.
